I take ownership of projects so your
team can stay focused on theirs.

Most teams don't need another full-time hire. They need someone who steps in, gets up to speed quickly and keeps everything moving until it's delivered. I work with companies, founders and teams who have a lot on their plate and not enough hands to hold it all.

Where I come in
Familiar situations?
01
Your team is stretched and the project still needs an owner
Everyone is busy. The project is real, the deadline is real but nobody has the capacity to hold it together. I step in, take ownership and keep it moving until it's delivered.
02
The project suddenly got bigger than expected
More stakeholders, more suppliers, more moving parts. What started simple is now complex — and you need someone who can bring structure without slowing everything down.
03
Operations are eating your most expensive people's time
Callsheets, crew bookings, availability checks, scheduling changes — important work that needs a dedicated owner and not your best people spending their afternoons on admin.
04
Stakeholders and clients are losing the thread
When updates only happen when someone chases them, trust erodes. I keep communication proactive — clear status, early flags and no surprises. People feel informed rather than chased.

Ways we can work together
Whatever fits your situation.
One project

You need someone for a specific thing

A trade fair, a campaign, a launch or a production. I come in, own it and deliver it.

Interim support

Your team needs a hand for a few months

Your PM is overloaded, someone left or a project got bigger than expected. I step in, ramp up fast and keep things moving until the pressure is off.

Ongoing operations

Regular support, week in and week out

A few hours or days a week, every week. Scheduling, coordination and follow-ups — the operational rhythm that keeps everything else from falling apart.

About

Most projects don't fail because people aren't good at their jobs. They fail because everyone is busy doing their own job while nobody owns the space in between.

That's usually where I come in.

For the last nine years I've worked across agencies, corporate teams and live productions helping projects move from "someone should really coordinate this" to "it's done." I've managed packaging launches, broadcast operations and editorial productions. The work looks different every time. What stays the same is the approach: get clear on what needs to happen, build the structure and see it through.

I'm based in Cologne and work in German and English. I'm not a consultant who hands over a report — I'm the person who stays until the job is done.
